I know shopping for a gluten free item was tough a year ago. But now it is getting a bit easier. Certain grocery stores are getting better like Sobey's, Safeways and the like are actually giving isles over to gluten free products. The biggest thing is reading the label. I know that is the hardest part but any label that reads may contain wheat, put back on the shelf as it is likely will have gluten. There is one item I will recommend is the new Betty Crocker gluten free cake mix. It is exactly what Betty Crocker boasts. It is extremely moist. On the weekend I will post a recipe that was converted from gluten to gluten free.

Welcome to my new blog. I decided to do this as a challenge really to show you can still make and eat your same foods with a twist. I have been eating like this for over a year now as my adopted daughter has a gluten allergy. It was a huge adjustment but now it is extremely easy. So I hope you follow me and enjoy.
